It might be a yeast infection--they don't just happen "inside". Try using some anti-fungal cream (like for athlete's foot/jock itch) on it. If that works, you know it was yeast, and you have to try to keep that area dry. Where the skin folds over on itself, it stays moist, and yeast can grow there. You might want to have a doctor document it--if you ever want to get insurance to pay for plastic or weight-loss surgery, that's one thing that might help.

RE:
Should I be concerned about odor coming from under my breasts?
I'm a 5'2" 200 lb female with 44DD breasts. Recently I discovered that even after I take a shower, I'm sweaty and have an odor coming from under my breasts. I'm not sure if it's associated with the roll of fat directly under my breast area. Is it due to my obesity? Is it...

You should be concerned about your weight despite the odor. At 5'2" you should be around 120 lbs and not 200. Odor is caused by bacteria and bacteria need a warm moist place to live so under your breasts is probably the perfect spot. Clean good but you need to lost some weight or you are going to be dealing with issues like these your whole life.

It's from that warm damp environment that provides a perfect atmosphere for it. I experience it and I'm only a 40 D. Make sure you dry off well under your breasts after showers and sweating. If you are still worried, keep some of those individually wrapped wet wipes in your purse.

Bacteria thrive in warm dark areas like under breasts and in skin folds. Try to keep area as dry as possible. Use a hairdryer set to cool to help dry. Change bras x2 /day. Cotton bras/tops are better than synthetics. Schedule an appt w/ your provider to evaluate this. You might try an Over The Counter anti fungal cream such as triamcinolone cream or Tinactin in the meantime. They are not expensive.
Good luck.

I think it is normal to sweat under your breasts, just as some people have sweat under their arms, or when their two inner thighs touch eachother, I think that your diet affects how your sweat smells. Drink lots of water. And try baby powder or anti persperant under your breasts. People use it for other places besides their arm pits. I've heard of people putting it on their feet too!
