I'm going to have to say that that is a misprint. When my husband and I were looking for houses, we found one we liked. The website said 200,000, but when we went and looked at it, it was almost twice that amout, they had made a typo. A big typo..That'd be a GREAT deal if it were for real.

almost 3 grand a month is inexpensive? Wow! You must be ultra rich.


btw - It is listed as a rental, so the price is monthly rent.

That is more in a month for rent than what I paid for my house to buy.That is total amount paid with a 35 year loan.

Either thats the monthly rent or they mistyped the purchase price
