I speak Greek and don't know this word.
I have also asked one of my Greek friends and also my Greek language tutor and the best they could come up with was ergonomia (ergonomics).
Sorry to say but................den ksero.
My Greek tutor called me back to tell me that Ergani is an epithet of the goddess Athena. Athena had more than a hundred different epithets depending on what she was being connected with (eg. Nike, Pallas, Kalliergos, etc).
The epithet "Ergani" means "Athena of Work and Technology".
