close friends know so they can also help.
and of course make sure they start getting
professional help.

Call 911 & make a mental hygene arrest.That is what anyone is suppose to do when someone threatens to kill themselves.All that means is that they go and pick the person up and bring them in for a mental evaluation & give them the help & meds that they need.You can call annonomosly.You should do this because if you dont and this person hurts themselves or someone else,,you will wish that you would have done something.What kind of life is that to be in such termoil?And life IS too precious so the sooner they get help,,the better.

Very hard to hear that from a friend. But I would try to talk to them and then tell their parents, so that they can get real help, before they make the biggest mistake in their life. Sorry if your stuck in that situation. But if they keep saying it, and never do it. Then thats another problem. They just want attention

Well it has sort of happened to me before and I said that you can be happy and killing yourself would be stupid. Pretty lame I know, but my friend ain't exactly dead.

say to that guy "even you didn't killing yourself you will die soon,all the people will die just depend on time,you just make it short,there lot of thing to be done,try to appreciate it don't care to the thing that make your life fell suck........"he told you because he want you to stop him/her(confuse life vs death)
