The word "teen" is EXTREMELY unattractive to anyone who actually falls under that catergory. Unless your audience is 11-13, I'd go with any name that doesn't have the word teen in it--the more abstract, the more "cool" it's going to sound, the more viewers you'll get.

Off your list I liked "Teen Together" though if I had to make my own I think that something like "My Gen" (My generation) or maybe "Interacteen."
