I am trying to quit smoking want to find something that won't make me gain weight, (I don't think that I can eat any more celery either)
Any suggestions on how to quit smoking and diet at the same time?

For the dieting, look up negative foods. These are foods that your body takes more calories to burn digesting them, than are in them. Lemons and most apples are a good example. There's many, many more out there. And when you stick with them, through thick and thin, they work. Trust me on this one. And soon your foucus on your dieting will replace your foucus on smoking. Let me know how it goes. Good luck.

Drink diet drinks and lots of water through a straw. It will get you full and wont make you gain weight. The straw is a sub for the cigarette!

Sugar free bubble gums (have different flavors handy).
Also Altoids in different flavors (mango, tangerine, lemon, apple)> for when you are tired of chewing.
