I talked with a rep from Alltel last week and he told me that before I buy a phone from anyone (ebay) I should first check the serial number with them. Because...... for some reason if the phone has a previous outstanding balance owed there are problems with activating the phone for the new owner.

I just thought I would throw that one out there for ya.

I have been looking at the phones on ebay and I have been really worried about buying. I have to go by the feedback and most of them have bad responses that are way overboard.
