It gets really annoying when u ask a decent question and then some drooling stupid american comes up,says im a b**** if i lyk football(yes ill call it football) and Football is for PAnsies and i should start playing AMerican football if im tough...

The problem is not the whole soccer-football-soccer thing,its just that most ppl(lets not use americans ) can be really rude.The football forum is to discuss abt football,not insult other users.
All in All,this question is just a sincere request for them to stop it.

hey know it all,i am not saying that all americans are idiots.I apologize for using the term idiot .Its just that i get really annoyed when i ask a question,hoping to recieve a good answer and then wham!Some American person says "ure a ***** you like football".My sincere request-Plz stop that.

There not idiots, they're just egotistical and selfish. They'll say things to put you down, makes them feel better. They've been taught since birth, "be the best" "win win win."

Being an American we love our football, (by the way the english came up with the word Soccer so stop acting like football is the real term) just as you love soccer.

you are so full of sh*t. we only insult you when you insult us first. you europeans get on here and ask stupid questions like 'why does american football suck?', and 'why don't those stupid americans change the name of their football?', and 'why do they call it the world series, they should change the name?'. wars have been fought and american blood has been spilled so that we can run our country the way we choose without outside interference. the bottom line is, we don't like being told what to do. we get tired of europeans coming on here and telling us we should watch soccer and F1 because that's what the rest of the world watches, and we should call soccer football because that's what the rest of the world calls it, and we should use the metric system because the rest of the world uses it. we don't care what the rest of the world does, okay? i've answered many questions on here, and i am one of the 'idiots' you are refering to. but if you go back and check out my answers, you'll see that every single time i've said something derogatory about soccer, it's been in response to some smug, panty waste european insulting my country.

There are dumb people everywhere, in every country, on every continent. People have their own opinions. Name calling is never considered a nice gesture. However it isn't nice to retaliate either. So (minus the word Americans) some people are idiots because they don't know any better. Different strokes for different folks.

If you mean FUTBOL or soccer...
then I disagree that American Footbal is better.
Soccer is a fast paced sport without all the pauses and BS that goes on Sunday. Sundays are meant for catching up on things and helping your wife catch up on her things. Not sitting on yer fatt azz, and getting drunk.

See,i totally agree with you.Why should they call my dearly beloved football soccer? those yankees sure do like their ego trips.afterall,am football was derived from the classic football,same with baseball(another american sport) from cricket. You guys should get a life.
