Basically, you can't.
Once things are on the internet, and into search engines, they are there for the duration.
Anywhere you have entered comments .. like on forums, blogs, guest books, bulletin boards, and the like, it's gonna get searched, unless the website is totally private .... and even then I would not feel secure!
If you have ever had a website, and listed it on search engines or on the directory (like yahoo or aol), it will still come up, even if the website isnt there anymore.
And ... anything here on answers .... will also come up!!
So ... don't use your real name on anything.
Use a seperate screen name for different purposes.
Don't post anything you don't want shared.

i apparently once put in an online petition to the council to reconsider planning permisision for bay window extension to my home in oxfordshire enlgand. I additonally runa stationery supply chain in canada where I am the CEO no less. and there's no damned mention oft he real me -so to the other two of me i hope the servers you're on melt - i'm less googleable than a geeko and a big fish in a little pond. goddamn!

it is a very tricky thing. first go top that screen where u want to erase the particular search. then press delete button anu you will see that it is erased

Dont post personal information or information on the net that you don't want to be made public to begin with. You cant really do anythign about it unless you actually remove the content that you added to the site.
