Farrhu, Fani. Farhan is a short name, so why do you want a pet name? Most pet names come about spontaneously, without thinking over them.

I think pet names just kinda happen. My son's pet name was Boo. It developed when he was little and use to run around saying Boo to everyone. So we started calling him Boo and it stuck. As for my two year old, we call him Bugdozer - bug for short - because he is just like the little Richard Scary character. So, I think that sometimes it is how they act that gets them a pet name or perhaps something they remind you of, maybe their personality. Or you can just shorten his name.

Pet names are sorta spontaneous. My daughter's is beebo...I have no clue why. : ) However her NICKNAME is Ari...her whole name is Ariana. But I kinda think that you picked one of the few names that doesn't have any obvious/natural nicknames.
