No, the use an incredible zoom which zooms on an already lit up area. And satellite cameras work comepletely different than normal disposable cameras and digital cameras; they zoom in, and take a picture of the zoom from a screen, not a record of the inverse picture to a negitive.

No. A flash would not travel that far and would be useless.
