i installed trial version of norton anti virus & before uninstalling it, I installed one new version of norton anti virus neither of them works now
& i can't unisntall either
so help me

if u didnt already go to "my computer>control panal>add/remove programs",click on norton,and select uninstall".or do it the old fashion way go to your local HDD where ur programs are stored aka "program files>symantec>norton"and delete it from,it will cause a bid distribance for auto starting but u can reinstall it then and u should be good to go

go to your control panel and click on add and remove. if it is there go to your document files and find the ffolder and then delete the folder. that should help.

reset pc . load pc in safemode . then uninstall from safemode

try going to Symantec.com
