Do a search using "college graphic design canada" in your search bar, then again using "university". There are dozens of them, from coast to coast, including the one I attended.

Not actual universities, but colleges. However, many universities now have courses in graphic design.You'd have to google universities Canada, then click on each uni. and find their curriculum. there is one college that is affiliated with the CBC in Toronto that teaches some graphics along with other courses in media art
