"Rolling stone gather no mass" such that a person who keeps on changing his job cannot become an asset to the company. In my point of view the person will become an asset by staying there a considerable period and should deliver his duties honestly.Dedication will also deserve the same.

You should find out before hand what the company does. Find out their requirements. Tailor your cv, and answers to fit in. Also , your answer should be in proportion to your place in the hierarchy.( Dont talk like a CEO , if that is not the post you are applying for.)All the best.

I would answer this with a question, "What are your goals for my department/position in the next 2 years?"
From this you can then demonstrate how you could add value over and above their requirements (while still meeting the basics) and it will show a bit of initiative.
