01. He says
Modern education is simply a followup of the British Education left by them. He feels, that education should reflect, the real colour of the society, its culture. That means that the modern education in India should reveal the real value of indian society and its culture.

02. He feels that the science and technology is based only on the results of the experiments done at laboratories some where and doesnot take into effect of the experience and handicrats.

03. Any education will be of real use to the reader and to the nation only when the same is understood. Understanding will come only in one's mother tonque and not in anmy foreign language/medium.

I think that the last sentence's meaning
Real education means the education which can be helpful in everydays life and commonmens life.Foreign countries cant understand the problems,needs,feelings sitting 5000 miles away
