insimenator.net has an AWESOME download you install in the game that lets you do just about anything (provided you don't have the newest Pets version, cause they haven't updated it yet to work with the new EP. But if you do have Pets just keep checking back there, it will be updated soon.

Sims 2 cheats? You don't download anything to cheat in that game, there are words you type in to get what you want.
