If you think it seriously do follow the way shown by recent Nobel Loreate Younus Khan of Bangaladesh.
Form a group who can do the job work of your business and share profit with them.

Any business that could employ and give a decent pay to the marginalised. Plan is just a plan, I hAve loads of it, but a business plan consists of about aminimum of 10 pages, so I cannot share it here. What I need are INVESTORS/FINANCERS. Anybody willing? e-mail me.
