Go to whereis.com.au and type in the 2 addresses. It will give you driving directions and tell you how long it will take.

As the others said, check it out on whereis.com.au but the short answer is, quite far.
Camberwell is in the middle of the Eastern Suburbs where as Hoppers Crossing is basically way out West towards the city of Geelong. I like to think of it as a suburb of Werribee.
Luckily Hoppers Crossing to Melbourne city is doable by freeway but you can really hit some heavy traffic travel ling around Camberwell.
If you want to do it by public transport it won't be too bad. Train from Hoppers Crossing into the city and then another train from the city to Camberwell - it should only take just over an hour.

approx 30-45 minutes at the most....depending on traffic/what time you go ect....
