Ideally... One.
If it's to the point where I was asking myself how many more before enough is enough, then it would be time to examen what is going wrong in the relationships.
Each new marriage has an even bigger chance of failure, so I would not be getting into another marriage before I did some serious couple and self-assessments.

0...I think marriage is an overrated expectation and living with someone you love is just like being married. I don't believe a piece of paper will ever be more important than how you feel for someone. And I have been in a loving commited relationship for 3 1/2 years now and I'm happy with it. But I've never had any "marital instincts" in my life, and quite frankly, I hope I never do.

I believe love knows no boundaries so that's a tough one.Assuming I loved her it wouldn't matter how many times I was previosly married. I however only intend on getting married 1 more time.period.I'm getting divorced now and next time I'll be more "careful".I also believe what's written in the book so I wouldn't ever make a mockery of that.

Once. I did it once and wouldn't do it again. Some ppl believe in marriage and wouldn't have it any other way. I divorced him and have been with my man now for 11 years. I don't need the piece of paper or the party to make me feel secure with him. I feel totally loved and fulfilled. Hell, I can even wear the jewellery he gives me on any hand.

I wouldn't place an arbitrary limit on myself. Obviously, we all want to be married only once, but for some people that's just not how life works. Just do what you want.
