OK im about 99% sure I don't have herpes. But I got about a week ago this red rash kinda(excuse the expression) south-east of the hole in my penis(Urethra) and on this red rash are some bumps. What can these red bumps be? Ill be here so E-mail me if you need more info. Thanks in advance.

Jock itch maybe. Or maybe your detergent. Maybe you have eaten something your allegic to and didn't react until you urinated. But get checked for an STD boo.

Since its on your penis it could be any number of things.
An STD comes to mind first. But there are other skin conditions that could be causing them.
