just a highschool diploma because I need to make some good money so I will be able to live on my own. I am attending college and need flexible hours and $5.15 is my current job wage/hr and its not near enough (even with 45 hours/wk @$203 per week)

I work in a nursing home and make between 14-19.50 per hour depending on the day (shift differential for evening/weekends). It's one of the best paying jobs that anyone can do, that I can think of. You don't need any formal training, just a few days orientation.

Dental hygenists get $40-50/hour and good ones are always in demand. You would have to get trained, but it's much faster than going to college.

Also, legal secretaries and court reporters make good money.

Get into auto parts.Start off as a counter man and work your way up to a parts manager.
