I love Cam, Vala, John and Ronon.
Some of my fav epis are Babylon, Window of Oppertunity, Lost City 1 & 2, 200, The Lost Boys, Runner, Sateda, Letters from Pegasus, Camelot, The Storm, the Eye, The Return p.1, The Quest p.2, 2010, Sateda, Michael, Arthur's Mantle, The Fifth Race...and so many more. These are just the ones off the top of my head and that I can watch over and over.

I have to say that Browder's character (I call him this because Browder played the exact same character in Farscape) is my least favorite character.
Of all the main characters, Daniel has to be my personal favorite as he shares my world view (in most cases).
As far as episode goes, the two Lost City episodes were great, and all of the Ori-centric episodes from the last season and a half, especially season 9's premier set. The (only slightly) veiled criticism of fundimentalism is classic (although possibly what got Sci-Fi to drop it... :( )

HOW have you seen the The Quest p.2???? It's not out until March 2007! I'm so jealous! Anyway my favorite characters are Fifth, the original Sg1, Beckett, Jonas Quinn, Orlin, Martouf, new Maybourne old Mckay and the old vala.
My favorite episodes are probably Window of Opportunity, The Changeling, The Quest part 1, Arthur's Mantle, Legacy, The Fifth Race, The Nox, Tin Man, A Matter of Yime, Show and Tell, 1969, Foothold, Urgo, Crystal Skull, Upgrades, Beneath the Surface, 2010, The Light, Entity, Ascension, Meridian, Descent, Abyss, The Other Guys, Unnatural Selection, Smoke and Mirrors, Lifeboat, Space Race, New Order 1 and 2, Avatar, Prometheus Unbound, Threads, Moebius 1 and 2, Paradise Lost, Avalon 1 and 2, Ripple Effect, Camelot, Thirty Eight Mintues, Home, Hot Zone, Duet, Instinct, Aurora, Grace Under Pressure, The Long Goodbye, Irresitible, Common Ground.
Wow maybe that's too many to be a favorite so if I had to pick one my favorite would be Daniel and The Changeling.

Hei, the previous poster just took the words out of my mouth!! Jack O'Neil was my favourite character too! I loved his sense of humour and I also loved that episode with the time loop. Curently now that Jack is gone I am a fan of Valla.
From Stargate Atlantis I love John Shepard and Ronan. And my favourite episode are Aurora, Common ground.
From both SG-1 and Atlantis I have other episodes that I love too, but they are just so many that i can't remember all of their names :)

Jack O'neill and the favorite ep is where he and Teal'c were caught in the time loop.
