There is an option to turn off chat on the game page. Yahoo! Games is working on it now. That is what is going on. They are staying on one table instead of bouncing around because Yahoo's spam bot will catch them and bar them for good. All in good time is all I can tell you, sorry.

If you report them everyday it will help. Yahoo terminates them immediately when you do!
