Do married women talk about how hot other men are when they are in the comapny of their friends?

I disagree with that! Not all of us preoccupy our thoughts on other guys.
I don't, and I feel as a married women I should save these type of thoughts and looks for my husband. I know many women and MEN that feel this same way. It's a respect thing....

I know I do. And just to show it's not a generational thing...my mother and her friends who've been happily married for 20 or more years make comments that make me blush whenever they see a good looking man, either on TV or in real life. They say it's fine to look at the menu even if you're not ordering a meal. : )

Some women do, although I do not think it is the issue that it is with men. For the most part, talking about women with other men is does something for a man's ego. I do not think most women feel this way.

Oh yes...all the time. It's perfectly natural and in "most" cases compelety harmful. It's good to be able to point out your likes and dislikes even when it comes to whom you're attracted to.
I know a lot of couples who'll point out attractive people to each-other.....and ya know, those are usually the ones that get along the best. It's the ones that are uptight and jealous of other people that are in trouble....

Not in the way I think you mean - that is really disrespectful. But women might comment on how handsome or cute another guy is.

Hell yeh!!! Theres nothing wrong with looking and talking about hot men. I'd think my partner was abnormal if he didn't look at good looking women.

Of course, we do. We are pervs when we get around each other BUT ...
we can notice all we want as long as we are loyal to our men and we should expect the same from them!
