I love my husband very, very much but I just can't seem to find the right words or I have a hard time saying them.
I know he gets his feelings hurt when he has bared his heart to me and I can't find the right words to say back to him.
Please someone help !!!

tell him as best u can and back that up by doing something exceptionally nice for him................romantic dinner, tickets to a ball game, or anything else he'd enjoy.

Go to Barnes and Noble and lok up romance books, get ideas for daily things to do. Whats one thing I cn do a day to make my spouse happy. DOes not have to be big. WHen he tells you things , these books should help. I know I have and still am where you are at times. If you do not have time look at the small short easy books. One saying a day etc.. You will find something. You can start onn internet loking fr a book and then goin to the store.

Try practicing in front of a mirror. But, make sure you pretend you're talking to your husband. Otherwise, it won't work. The key is to visualize genuineness. And' don't give up if things seem a bit uncomfortable at first. This is normal. It may take a little time, so be patient with yourself.

First of all just tell him I Love You more than you will ever know. I have trouble expressing my feelings cause I can't seem to find the right words. And when I do find the right words I am afraid to mess them up. But always remember I love you. * just keep it simple

sometimes there are right answers to give, the best thing you could do is just hold him amd tell things are going to be alright. If he wants a heart to heart, let him know what you love about him, the way he smells, his laugh, etc. I've learned that every little thing counts and men actually do pay attention to those things. Just tell him what you just stated! And let him know you love him. I know how you feel. But if you talk to him and tell him he'll know where you are coming from and not think bad about you not saying anything. Just try and think of some ways to show you care. like bake him a cake or some cookies. A way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Make sure they are homemade.

Try writing them down first. Look back at the life that you two have had, remembering every little detail of what he has done for you, and just write down your thoughts about him. Then memorize it, or by writing it down, it may break something loose in your head to where it will just come out. Don't be too hard on yourself, this happens to more people than you think.

read about the art of empanthizing....certainly pay 100 percent attnetion, don;t answer the phone, only respond to an emergency. Say oh a lot of times. Say I'm sorry you feel so betrayed, so hurt, etc. Say it must have been difficult, tough, annying, you must feel betrayed....etc whatever appies. repeat entire senticenes like iof he said. MY dad kicked me, say that back like Oh my your dad assaulkted you. Terrible! Then thye know you're reaaly hearing them.
Alsays ask them what they think they can do aboiut it? Ask them if they want you to help and what they need from you.

how did you ever get married if you could never express your love for him? did either of you change since you've been married? could you perhaps write your feelings down in a letter?
i know with my husband it's the little things we do for each other that mean the most.

sometimes expressing your feelings is very hard to do... even in marriage.... he should know you married him because you love him and nothing can change that.... try sitting down with him and have a talk let him know whats going on with you at the moment... he'll understand completely.

just tell him that you would not have married him if you did not love him and that there are not enough words to tell him how much he means to you love him but you do love him more than he will ever know
