A response to the answers:
I dont have blood in my urine, only in the sperm and the amount is not alot, though enough to freak one out. I havent hurt my groin area recently and I dont feel pain at all in that area.

It's actually pretty common. Your spem is created in your nuts and as you know they are relatively unprotected and sensitive. They damage easily. You bruised them slightly is all. If it doesn't go away in about 4 days, call your doctor.

It is not kidney stones. There are several places along the way that blood could enter the ejaculate. If you have not experienced any kind of trauma to your testes, then it could be an infection. If it is an infection like in your prostate you would likely have blood in your urine as well. You may want to ease up on the sexual activity for a while and see if it clears up. If it does not then it will be necessary to visit a urologist.

Last tiem i checked kidney stones hurt like hell. Sperm is blood in a way, but it shouldn't be coming out when you ejaculate. Maybe you damaged a vessel during sex or masturbation. I do agree you should see medical advice for this and not people who think they can diagnose you.

If your 50 and older see a doctor. But if your younger it's nothing to panic over it's more than likely a blood vessel poped but if it continues to happen you should see a doctor but just give it a break for a few days to heal and see what happens when you resume.

Two reasons 1st reason is infection in tract for excessive abuse 2nd cause is that that there remains no semen behind in body and the holder still masrerbate and keep on for long time to ejaculate. Then blood comes with semen.

I had that happen to me once. Scared the hell out of me, but nothing ever became of it. Go talk to your Dr and let me know what it was, I'm still kind of curious.
