Calculate the total kinetic energy of the earth's rotation. Calculate an upper limit for the energy released in a large tsunami. Then go figure. The answer is no by a huge huge margin.

No, Tsunamis cannot change the direction of earth's rotation. They are as such a result of earthquakes of high intensities. And even these earthquakes are not capable of changing the earth's direction of rotation. They can however change the degree by which the axis of the earth is tilted. And that may cause an increase in the rotation time. That's it.

Although massively desructive, the earthquakes which trigger tsunamis radiate their energy symetrically, do it is distributed evenly. If the energy was assymetrical, that would make a small difference.
