So the perfect one has to have all the good qualities and none of the bad? I have never experienced that, and find it pretty difficult to imagine. I think just leaving it at which qualities do you like in a man or woman?
Anyways, independance, but not the need to prove it or make a point of being different. I like people who do their own thing but not when they rub it in everyones face that they are different.

All the usual things honesty,compassionate as well as passionate,someone comfortable in most any social setting,someone wanting commitment true love & devoult friendship,non promiscuous yet extremely open minded,slim & reasonably attractive,very intelligent-creative & articulate,sharing similar interests. these certainly would be some if not all of the primary things.
