every time i saved i get bumps are a little bit blood the next day my legs hurt real bad does any body know whats wrong

I get that too. They are ingrown hairs, and they hurt like hell when you shave them off. I can't shave every day because of them - even shaving every other day hurts for me.

Using an exfoliate might help, and there are special shaving creams for razer burn/razer bumps that can help, too. And always use a new razer.

You can also try using something like nair, a lot of women swear by it.

I've started getting laser treatments to permanently get rid of the hair, and it's working great. It only works on dark hair and light-colored skin, and it's expensive, but for me it's worth it - I can finally wear skirts every day!

Your using a cheap razor. Also, your shaving when you have goosebumps...that's a no-no. Sit in a bathtub, and wait until the temp. in your body changes and the goosebumps go down!

sounds like razor burn. try using skintimate shaving gel and a brand new good razor. Should help.
