Please check up
(i) whether the relevant cheque(sent with application) is debited to your a/c

(ii) position of demat account

If you feel that allotmentadvice or refundorder has not been mailed, please take up the matter with office of (i) company (ii) registrars of issue giving fdull details of the application number/cheque number etc.etc.
