I think Diana over there, just had a couple too many tuti-fruitys. We can stop producing deadly arms by thousands of petitions to the U.S. Government...but that won't stop them coming into this country illegally. Besides, would you want to get caught with your 'gunshells' short when approached by the enemy?? Just raise those arms honey, and they'll shoot you down.

The only way to stop producing deadly arms is to stop conflict,and the only way to stop conflict is to stop the desire to accumulate wealth,as long as there is a desire amongst us to grab more and more,there will always be the desire to take something which does not rightfully belong to you.

Its sadly ironic that the best way is too kill anyone who would make these weapons, not a realistic answer but quite accurate, as its otherwise impossible for a world wide action to stop weapon construction.
