I'm in my mid 30's, working two part time jobs, no children. I haven't had insurance or a retirement plan since 2000. I have mental limitations that make it hard to get a good job. I wonder what I'll do when I can't support myself any more. I really have no idea.

There are a lot of homeless people out there though it sounds like you have more on the ball than most. Now is the time to see what help you can get before its too late. Check with your local welfare office, schools, churches to see what can be done to help you where you live. Best of luck to you.

I hope Social Security will be there for me when the time come.

If you have that limiting mental abilities, you need to look into disability. You will also want to get a lawyer. Don't worry, they don't get paid until the government pays you.

I believe that's when Medicare/Medicade kicks in. They have "programs" that you'll probably qualify for.

Good Luck
