You might want to try some Dave Brubeck. He's most famous for songs like "Take Five" and "Blue Rondo A La Turk." Great stuff.

I like the early Carpenters' Jazz songs. You can try "Caravan," (Album: The Essential Collection) or "Iced Tea" (Album: The Essential Collection)

you're supposed to make up your own jazz piano. sheet music is absolutely forbidden.
