Factor out a Q:

V = Q(1/r1 - 1/r2)

Then Q = V / (1/r1 - 1/r2).

This can be simplified by putting the expression in the denominator over a common denominator:

Q = V / [ (r2-r1) / (r1*r2) ] = V*r1*r2 / (r2-r1)
