Neither. It takes a look, a word, a knowing smile. It's a simple touch, a spontaneous kiss, or holding hands in public. A hug, a caress, or a whisper of 'I love you'. It's interacting like that all day long so that when an opportunity comes to be intimate, neither one leads, neither one follows. It's a mutual, natural continuation to making love all day long that starts together and ends together.........

I spent a lot of nights with my fiance in the beginning of our relationship untouched because he was adamant he wasn't making the first move. He told me we can sleep in the same bed for six months or longer but I had to make the first move to let him know I was ready. Needless to say, almost three months later that story changed! He finally made the first move. Our sex life after ten months is still developing. He is still shy and I have initiated several times but it just takes away from my man wanting me. I know we have to make them feel wanted, too. It's expected for the man to make the first move.

It doesnt really matter who makes the first move as long as the woman make the first "O" face. If you are the one shooting first, there is a problem.

Take turns! If she is in the mood, she SHOULD initiate it, he will be glad. It should not always be the same person initiating, you BOTH need to feel wanted.

Depends on the couple...everyone is different so it's not something that you can pin down.
