My concern is this...when watching riot videos, who is keeping track of which types of people are in these riots. These people tend to meet a certain demographic, and my further concern is that it seems to be growing in severity and occurance over time.

Findizzle makes a good point. Educated people are generally too cautious about breeding. They know children will make them broke, so they work hard to secure their careers. However, by the time they do this, and find a mate, they are in their 30's or 40's. Hence, they have less time to pop out kids, maybe 1 or 2 at the most.

Poor people could care less. They pop out kids for tax relief and food stamps because they don't plan for anything. They have sex whenever possible and as early as possible.

If you think about the big picture, the poor people are the smart ones. They get the educated people to pay their bills, pop out more kids, and their kids continue to breed their 'dumb' genes.

Your question seems to be more focused on race and socioeconomic class rather than ignorance. Exactly which demographic are you talking about? And what riots? I'm assuming you're talking about minorities and poor people. Usually people in disenfranchised areas have little access to sex/health education. And when they do, it is poor or outdated. They also lack health insurance which would enable them to partake in methods of birth control that people in better financial situations have access to. Also in these areas and cultures, you have various highly religious populations, who severely look down on birth control & abortion, as well as other communites who, for cultural reasons, look down on birth control methods as well.
People with money and education have a chance to plan ahead and save for children. Not everyone is afforded this opportunity. The people you're referring to shouldn't be bashed, slandered, or sterilized. Social Eugenics is not the answer. The system & conditions which create the environment for riots and passionate violence should be questioned instead.

yep. it's sad, but I fear the ignorant are actually teaching children who are going to take over this planet too well of how to be ignorant.. hopefully for the world's sake, they will figure out it's wrong within time or that the educated people will speak up louder than those ignorant people.

it's amazing how ignorant people can be.. and I always am left thinking, "this is the 21st century people, come on! how can you still think that ****!"

"Who is John Galt?" - Ayn Rand book Atlas Shrugged. He gave hope to the intelligent and told them that they no longer had to fear the ever-increasing mass of vultures around them. For years I have seriously debated finding those in the top of their fields and doing exactly as those in this book did: leave the stupid people to fend for themselves while I use my knowledge to help those that actually can (or care to) contribute to society. Unfortunately, it is just a dream.
