It is possible to upgrade the memory as long as your pc has the capacity to hold that amount of memory. A great website to go to is crucial.com which will let you select your specific computer. Go to the website and select your computer and model and it will show you what type of memory you need how much memory your pc will hold and how many memory slots you have to add the memory. The site will save a lot of time searching through other web sites for information. Good luck

You can always increase ram so long as the computer wasn't made ten years ago. Not enough info to answer is what we are all saying, BUT if your not shure about getting the proper info to purchase more ram, then remove your old ram and take it to your local store. They should be able to match the numbers on your ram to purchase a larger stick.

Normal Motherboards are equipped to accomodate 1.5 GB RAM.

It might have helped if you'd told us the System Specs. Like what processor and what mobo. How many 18 pin and 21 pin slots you see on your mobo etc.

Depends on the motherboard. You're not providing enough information for anybody to answer that.
