You sound old enough to know what is appropriate, and what isn't. Be respectful to your teacher, but if he gets in your business too much, tell your parents and the principal. You have a right to your privacy. what goes on after school is only his business if you let it be

Well he's not there to be doing that in that it's not his job and it's unusual but unless he is inappropriate (asking about sex-life for instance) and abuses his position I'd say it's ok for him to do that, but if you don't like it then you need to tell him. say "I'd rather not discuss it" you can be direct but don't be rude. If he continues warn him once more then on the third strike talk to a principle and maybe tell your parents but be careful he may not be doing anything wrong he just may be concerned or trying to connect with you but if he is making you uncomfortable that will affect your ability to learn and you should get the principle invovled but adminsitrations tend to be overly cautious with these kind of things so maybe you want to downplay what happened a little

No that is not something he should be doing. He sounds slightly controlling. You have parents, it is their job to care for you. If he had a concern he should send you to a guidance teacher or call your parents. And why is he so concerned about your out of school activities. Sounds creepy to me. I would suggest you talk to your parents or a trusted, older family member about this.
