I have a 190 E 2.3 if you take a look in the radio manual the code should be found there. The code is the anti-theft device used at Mercedes at the time the car was built, if you can't find the code there then simply take the car to a Mercedes Authorized dealer and they can tell you and they shouldn't charge for that.

Go to a Mercedes Benz dealer and get them to unlock it with the correct anti-theft code.

Any MB dealer can tell you the code if you give them the VIN.
