I need to pass the test and I failed twice. I took prep classes and bought 2 books and still unable to pass the English portion.
Anyone knows how? Bythe way, I passed the math test on the first time.

Read, read, read, and read some more. Language Arts is easier if you practice. Crossword puzzles are great too. (I hope your writing skills are better than your typing skills. If not, you're going to need to really buckle down hard.)
Congrats on passing the math part 1st time. Great!!
Use books on tape that teach writing, grammar, etc. Listen in the car. The stuff gets in by osmosis or something. Also stories on tape; the structure of language can be heard this way.
Good Luck!!

the better your understanding of the language ands its use, the easier you will find it. Do you read literature??? Also, if you are not a native speaker of the language, it could be more difficult.
