How can u have a girl as good friend?

i used to like this girl but i dont anymore cus i just stopped liking her but I want her as a good friend and have a better communication. I know her a bit and we always chat on the msn. How can i increase that relationship with her friend wise?

Tell her she's a great person and although you don't think you can be romantic with her, you deffinately want her in your life as a friend.
