where are all the gentlemen?!?! do any guys want to get married, have a job and children, and stay with that same woman for the rest of their lives? do men even make that their ultimate goal anymore?

I'll answer your questions. I am a nice guy. I want to get married & have children & a job. I do make it my goal. I want to stay with the same woman for the rest of my life. To bad I don't have one

some men do still prioritize all that. I had 3 goals in life:
1: Get a good job that would allow me to support myself and my family on my pay (whether or not the wife or girlfriend worked)
2: buy my own house
3: Have a relationship and be happy
I have achieved all but the last. I am not sure if that includes kids or not, to be happy it would require both sides so if she did not want them then no. so I guess I would be one of those nice guys. we are out there, but are overlooked alot

None that I know of and I am 53 years old. I was married twice and I was looking for a lasting relationship. I thought that I had it with my last husband but in the end control of my life is what he wonted. He told me that he could get anyone that he wonted sex is what they wont and what a man can give them. I learned that is true. So men feel why should they have a lasting relationship when there are woman that will give them what they wont without a lasting relationship.

Nice guys finish last you know. There are plenty of men out there who fit the bill. The problem is that most women don't find them attractive. Most women are attracted to "bad boys" All us nice guys aren't very exciting. Call it nerd syndrome. You just have to look harder.

yal , but i am already married. sure we set the goals , have a couple kids and pay for the house. my goals were set and already met. just have to set new goals now.

It isn't that we don't want all of that, it is hard to find one that will give us what we want and need with out all of the bull sh*t that goes along with it.
