Sorry for shouting, but as a breast cancer survivor who volunteers for a breast cancer charity I get really sick of urban legends like these.

Why would diet product contribute to breast cancer? There is very little known about what causes it. Usually it's just BAD LUCK. These kind of stories only serve to scare the hell out of people.

Just check your breasts every month so that you know how they should feel like. That's what every woman should do. Eat healthily and get exercise at least three times a week. If you do that, you don't even need to use diet products. They taste horrible, why punish yourself like that?

I highly doubt it. After all, men take these diet pills and stuff, too, and no one's talking about an increase in male breast cancer (and yes, men can get breast cancer).
