I want to get a cowbell for my friend like the one Will Ferrell's using
in the SNL more cowbell sketch but you wouldn't believe how many different types of cow bells there are. Does anyone had any idea which one i should get?

I have a friend who went thru the same thing... he was looking for a cowbell that matched the pitch of the one from the SNL skit. So, he just played around w/ a bunch 'til he heard one that fit. That's what I'd suggest... just tap them w/ a drumstick 'til you hear 1 that sounds right. cheers :)

Just get a drum machine or a sound module they have more to chose from than anything.
