He had 862 receptions for 12,287 yards and 67 TDs, and was really the face of the Jacksonville Jaguars for their first decade.

Given that he's got very similar stats to players like Steve Largent, Charley Joiner, etc., I think he deserves to get in. The NFL also needs to put Art Monk in the Hall as well.
