I like him, but "The Santa Clause THREE"??? Is he getting desperate or what?!?!

Great comedian, maybe...
Great actor? No way! He has three faces- the serious face, the angry face, and the smiley face (which can morph into the laughing face).

Tim Allen is not that good an actor or a comedian. He is way past his expiration date and I have no idea why anyone still pays attention. His only bases are sappy kiddie comic type deals that involve a lot of juvenile humor and/or really obvious run-of-the-mill gags. He can't seem to pull himself from that one character. And he has tried unsuccessfully many times. Remember Joe Somebody? It was perhaps the only project he did worth any recognition. Big Trouble was OK, but still not worth my time. Tim Allen has stayed with the Santa Clause franchise because Disney knows that he is a desperate low-grade actor with very little talent that they can loop into returning to their desperate extensions of a crappy D-movie, but they can't do that with any real actors. Tim Allen will be in every sequel prequel and franchise sales pitch to come because he like the rest of Hollywood is desperate for attention, but doesn't have the talent to get it elsewhere.

He had a lot more than 15 minutes, but he should have enough money in the bank to support himself for life. I really liked the Santa Clause movies, but his other ones haven't been that good.
