Same with me. I think the circulation is just bad. Sometimes it's worse also because I sleep on top of my hands and cut off the blood flow.

Are you sleeping on your hands? If your hands are under your body or head, it might be cutting off blood flow, and the pain could be your muscles adjusting to the normal blood flow.

How old are you? It could be a number of things: arthritis, poor circulation, too much activity the night before, old age, barometric pressure...

you should go see a doctor ...because that is a sign of weak bones meaning you could have arthritis. Start drinking more milk (if you don't like milk eat things that is dairy) .....but you should go check it out...
wish you thebest!

You may be clinching your fists when you sleep. I don't know how to fix it, but I know that I clinch my jaw sometimes, so I don't know why you couldn't clinch your fists. With my jaw it can sometimes lead to sore muscles and stiffness, why not the hands?

It could be arthritis, which you may want to have checked. It could also be muscle strain from excessive use.
