Members, Yahoo just notified me that they deleted a question because a member was insulted. I asked why the genocide of 1 million armenian christians in 90 days by turkish muslims (documented) is not known when the halocost - 6 million jews were killed in 5 years...this data was pulled from yahoo....so is yahoo going to re-write history to make this member not feel unsulted? It is an insult for this many people to die and it not be better known globally

Oh that's because some Turks, or possible historians out there want to make believe and "believe" that the Genocides of the Assyrians, Armenians, and Greeks did not occur simultaneously. These Genocides occurred, and were committed by the Ottoman Turks, those that "believe" this is false almost must "believe" the Holocaust did not occur, the Genocides happened---I am living proof

How did you ask the question? Did you state it factually as you did here. I would re-post your question as such:

Why is the genocide of 1 million Armenian Christians over 90 days by Turkish Muslims not nearly acknowledged as the genocide of 6 million Jews by the Nazis over 5 years?

If they delete this non-biased question...you are right--that is an insult.

YahooAnswers is a self-running program. If someone decides to report you for whatever reason, valid or not, the Q still gets deleted. Try not to be too indignant...it happens to us all, and unfair as it is, there's nothing you can do. Ask the same thing again, with slightly different wording and it will probably not be removed.
And if you decide to reply to Yahoo, all you'll get is a form letter "inviting" you to see the guidelines, signed "Ginger"!
