Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, and a host of other 'image editors' will do this but will cost you money.

However there is a programme that is recognised in some area's as the free Photoshop and that is GIMP!

**Quote**
GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.

In othe words it's free and worth trying. Go to http://www.gimp.org/ and see what it can do for you.

I think I am right in saying, no matter what programme you use - it will involve an element of study. Image editing is worth the time, it is rewarding and real fun!

that style of factor extremely calls for a human eye. application isn't state-of-the-paintings sufficient to tell apart a individual from a heritage quickly yet. No such internet site exists. ***And sure Doug, for sure the "application" exists, yet question grew to become into is there a "internet site" which will do it for you for loose.
