I can answer that (with some authority)...but not with 100% certainty, as to the completeness of it.
From personal experience (having some friends in South America), I know that most, if not all, of Colombia (neighbor of Brazil) is in the same time zone as the Eastern seaboard of the USA.
(Or, in other words, Eastern Time Zone).
But, as Brazil is a huge country--and very "wide", going from West to East--it is possible that a part of it is also in the Atlantic Time Zone...like Newfoundland, in Canada.
Someone else, instead of myself, will have to completely nail that down, for you.
